Woodland Retreat Yurt
The woodland yurt is the largest yurt we have at Wowo, set in our secluded Tipi trail woodland site.
It comes with an in-built glass window which is pretty novel for a yurt and adds even more to this glamping experience. Lovingly decorated by our most artistic member of staff, Rachel, it also comes complete with a felt liner to keep you cool in summer and extra warm in winter. Situated in our 'tipi trail' woodland strip next to the Pellingford brook you can hear many different bird songs including owls, woodpeckers and maybe a songthrush if you're lucky.
With a big skylight for stargazing on clear nights from your bed and a woodstove to keep you warm what ever the weather. You also have a wooden table and benches by your outside firepit and a trivet to aid your culinary experiments and cooking over the fire. We've spoilt you for sure and guarantee this is a super experience all year round. Why not have a family gathering here or with friends for new year as something different. Ask for ice packs at reception for your cooler box that comes with your yurt.
The Woodland Yurt sleeps 6 with one double bed, one double futon/sofa and 2 single futon/ chairs.
Currently there is only the option to book for a maximum of 4 adults, if you plan to have six adults then please just make a note of this on additional request's when you are filing out your personal details.
Check in time is 2pm and check out time in 11am.

If any friends wish to camp next to you, there is room for 1 tent next to the yurt, or you could hire the neighbouring Tipi trail spots either side of the yurt, these are our premium pitches and come with an additional £10 pitch charge per night between the 1-2 tents that can fit on each pitch. There is room to fit a few more extra mattresses in this large yurt and all extra campers (more than 6) will be charged at the normal camping rates.
