Camping Rules

Music Policy

We want all to enjoy chilling out around the campfire, sound travels on a still night

so this means No stereos/radios or bongos/drums allowed on site.




Dogs

We only allow well behaved dogs on site to be kept on a lead at all times; with responsible owners that clear all mess from the campsite. As we are a family campsite we cannot accept any dangerous breeds (pit/bull terriers, Rottweiler’s or Alsatians which have lockjaw) or any dog which has aggressive behaviour towards other dogs or children. We reserve the rights to ask you to leave if your dog has anti-social behaviour.

Please keep dogs on lead at all times around the campsite untill you are in a dog walking,
(field shown on map).

 



REFUSE

LOVE THE FARM, LEAVE NO TRACE.

Please take all your rubbish home with you and recycle what you can.

Local recycling centre’s near the campsite;


Forest Row

Turn left out of our drive following the road over Ashdown forest. Turn left at the end, all the way into Forest Row, at mini roundabout turn right, and take next right after traffic lights. Takes all recycling and general waste.


Danehill

Turn left out of farm drive, head straight for roughly 2 miles, see Danehill stores on left, take next right down hill, the recycling centre is signposted next left by tennis courts. Recycling only, no general waste disposal.


Newick

Turn right out of farm drive, at roundabout turn left into Newick, after traffic lights take next right, right again so you are heading back on yourself, the recycling centre is in the car park of the community centre on the left. Recycling only, no general waste disposal.






We do not allow any fireworks or paper lanterns
to be brought with you.

They scare the wildlife and litter our countryside.





We do not accept un-supervised groups of youths or teenagers below the age of 21.

 




Cancellation policy: If 14 days or more notice is given, full refund given minus 10% for administration fees.
If less than 14 days then full deposit is retained.

 


 


Day/night time visitors pay half the camping rate and must check in to reception on arrival.

 


 

It is essential to book for both Friday & Saturday nights on a weekend (2 Nights)

Bank holidays have a minimum of 3 nights booking including Sunday between 1st April & 1st October.

We are open all year round with only the woodland tipi trail pitches and yurts available between 1st November & 28th February, we do not charge the additional £10 pitch fee for the woodland pitches during this time.




Wood collection - You can collect all pre-booked logs on the booking system from outside reception.

Additional logs are delivered everyday between 4 - 6 each evening, you can pay for these in cash (£5).
